If you are looking for a healthy recipe you can bring to share at a Super Bowl Party. Try this delicious, healthy Black Bean Hummus
1 can of organic black beans
1tsp of olive oil
1-2 cloves of garlic
touch of fresh lemon juice
water to your liking of texture
sea salt to taste
pepper to taste
Drain and rinse organic black beans.
Put rinsed beans into a food processor
add olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, a little water and blend. Add more water to desired consistency. Add sea salt and pepper toward end of mixing.
If this recipe is too bland for you or you want to spice it up you can add: onion, basil, spices, red pepper, or sundried tomato. This goes great with rice crackers or spread on rice cakes.
